Forrest serves as Chairman of the Selection Committee and Musical Director.  As Chairman of the Selection Committee, Forrest oversees the process of accepting nominations and and developing the final ballots to be voted on by the organization. As the Musical Director, he is responsible for putting together a group of talented and professional musicians that are capable of performing all of the musical needs of the JMA.
